Cancellation Policy
A 50% fee of the service scheduled for is automatically charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. The initial deposit will be kept and a separate deposit will be needed for any rescheduling done within the 12 hours before your appointment. Anyone arriving 15 minutes late or later will have to reschedule and pay a separate deposit. Please be on time, it’s your time.
*Must be 18 years of age or older to enter premises*
Please no makeup and especially no mascara! We can be using that time on other parts of the facial like extractions or masking, rather than spending 10-20 min on removing makeup/ waterproof mascara.
